ADMISSION



ESI will recognize a student to that entire person that fulfills our requirements, for which the student must have completed an undergraduate level such as: Licentiate, Engineering, Architecture and a Doctor, for the case of coursing a master, and in the case of bachelor the student must have credited his high school.

ESI reserves the right of admission in the cases it considers necessary.

The requirements that the students must comply with are:

  1. Complete the form or inscription list.
  2. Present your grades and high school diploma.(for the Bachelor)
  3. Copy of your university degree and the transcript grades with its sworn translation. (for masters)
  4. For students with a closed curriculum, grades and certification of the university were this was coursed on must be presented, where it certifies the culmination of such.
  5. 80% of English speaking, reading and writing, which will be measured during a written test that will realize on the welcome day.

In case of failure, the student will have to assist in the ESI/ESINE English academy. Before the program another test will be done.

  1. Two recent color photographs.
  2. Two recent reference letters, which may be provided by teachers, employers, providers, clients etc.
  3. Updated resume in English.
  4. Copy of DUI or Cedula
  5. Numbers 2 to 5 must be translated by a sworn public translator.

Otherwise the enrollment process will be considered temporal or in process.

Once the condition of the student is accredited, the student fulfills the requirements a student ID will be issued, which will have to have in the installations and the exhibition of which will be required by the school authorities.

Before the beginning of the classes the student will have to course a propedeutic in the areas in which the academical department considers necessary. This propedeutic course will not generate any academical credits or equivalences for a future course.

Enrollment is the act in which, a future student obtains a formal admission to a bachelor or master offered by ESI.

In such act obligations are acquired, such as the right the establishment will establish for him/her.

The act of enrolment will be understood as realized when the student:

a)      Pay tuition

b) Provides all required documentation

In such case the student may not start his classes he may freeze this enrolment to a maximum of 12 months, concluded this the student must pay the tuition again.

The enrolment will be annulled automatically when it can be proved that the student presented false documentation in which the student will not have the chance to appeal and will not be able to file an economical complaint.
